Kick-off Meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece

Our 1st Partners’ Meeting for the CUBE Project was held in Thessaloniki, Greece, hosted by EQUALINE, from the 3rd to the 6th of July 2023. During this kick-off meeting, project coordinators and partner organizations came together to discuss essential project management issues, outline upcoming steps, and brainstorm innovative ideas for achieving CUBE’s goals. Key points were highlighted, and each partner’s role was clearly defined, ensuring everyone understood their responsibilities and contributions. We conducted a thorough review of the project timeline, identifying critical milestones and deadlines necessary to keep the project progressing smoothly. Beyond the project discussions, one of the most valuable aspects of this initial meeting was the chance for team members to meet in person. This face-to-face interaction fostered a spirit of collaboration and laid the groundwork for strong partnerships, building connections that will support effective teamwork and communication throughout the CUBE Project’s journey.
